Suryakumar Yadav(Sky) on Sunday left all of the world cricket wordless and flabbergasted with this stunning batting line against the Zimbabwe team at the Melbourne Cricket Ground(MCG). He was on fire and hit an unbeaten 61 runs in 25 balls to help India win their final T20 World Cup group match by 71 runs. Everyone wonders about the best way to get him out in a T20 match given his form and 360-degree ability.
One of the most incredible shots from Sky’s knock at the MCG was the scoop shot over the fine-leg fence against a full-toss delivery. It was among the four utmost he clobbered in his match-winning knock, alongside six boundaries.
Retired Pakistan fast-pace bowler Wasim Akram complimented the India batter mentioning that Suryakumar Yadav is “from a different planet”, as the replay of that shot shown on Sports.
Akram said, “I think he’s come from a different planet. He is different from anybody else. The number of runs he has scored…he’s just a treat to watch and not just against Zimbabwe, against the top bowling attacks in the world”.

“What’s the best way to get him out in T20s? I mean in ODIs and Tests you can plan and get him bowled. But in T20 match, anyway, the bowler is on the back foot, and when someone is in this sort of form, it difficult to bowl at him. I think Pakistan did well against him in the last game, they flooded him with short deliveries. Maybe that’s the only way to go,” he added.
